A great way to calm our minds and relax 🥰

Join Marian and the Crystal Bowls and Voice for Sound Sundays. Our theme this week is Being Courageous 🦁 We will be doing supported restorative yoga poses using bolsters, blocks and sometimes a chair 🪑 We mostly practice calm and slow breaths to release tension. You will feel so much better!

We use visualization to create a space for healing and peace as well as sending our bodies love.
