Healing Sounds Around Us

There are so many sounds around us! In fact, we are bombarded with sound and they aren’t all good. I don’t know about you but I prefer nature’s sound of wind, rain and the energy of the Gulf as it touches the shore to human made machine sounds.

We are a part of nature and it’s easy to forget our connection when we are concerned with our busy daily lives. We schedule a time to walk and try to disconnect from our fast paced world to find a slice of a different reality where a calm mind prevails.

We are challenged with constant problem solving. It’s really like a corn maze at times. The chatter in our minds is our constant companion reminding us what we need to do, whom we want to become while the breeze in the trees is ever present around us reminding us of the majesty that is always there.

Have you ever wanted to find more time or explore your inner self and to feel unencumbered from the stresses of life?

Sounds of crystal bowls and voice help revive a lost nervous system and change your perceptions. Sometimes just calming down for a few moments can shift how you feel and turn tension into ease.

Many people have trouble breathing properly and take shallow breaths rather than ones that use the lower lungs and help provide greater blood flow and oxygenation.

Sound helps change the brain and then the breath automatically becomes deeper and your whole body calms down.

It’s like a walk in the woods when you are living in a populated area and need a break from honking horns and leaf blowers.

Our own future can be helped with greater relaxation, calming breath and soothing sounds.

Finding peace and calming the mind is a great gift and helps every age.

Just think if every child had these tools to help them navigate in our hectic world.

I want our children and grandchildren to develop their ability to balance stress and to learn to handle what comes unexpectedly. I want all people to be able to help their own nervous systems and calm down. Our world would be a much better place.

Peace takes years to develop and it’s one breath, one serene sound away. I hope your life shines with possibilities and peace. Join me.
