Mighty Body Bands
Please check back soon for update on schedule and new studio.

Resistance training to improve balance, core strength and flexibility. We work slowly, in a relaxed atmosphere, so even if you haven't exercised in a while, this class may be just the thing for you. Begin anytime, classes are ongoing.

What our students are saying:
“Mighty Body Bands is so unique. It gives me the same advantages of exercising underwater. Using the bands removes some of the weight bearing aspects of exercise, I’m able to stretch deeply and build some strength, even though I am injured and wouldn't be able to do so, to this extent, on my own. It’s a bit like having a head start on being able to do specific exercises before building the total strength necessary to do them.” — Lisa

"Mighty Body Band Yoga uses the MBB harness for support and resistance, to help stretch and strengthen muscles, while doing exercises and yoga poses. It enables you to do poses that you may not be able to do on your own, while slowly building muscles in your core, and in your upper and lower body."
